1.Product Introduction
The product is modified PTFE with an average particle size of about 450-650 ¦Ìm. The melting point of the product is 321-325 ℃, the standard specific gravity is 2.140-2.168, and the moisture content is ¡Ü0.03%.The product has excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation and chemical permeability resistance.
2.Mark, Packing, Storage & Transportation
2.1 Mark
The packing bags (boxes) of this product should be clearly marked with firm co***ny name, product name, batch number, brand number (specification number), net content, etc.
2.2 Package
Packed with sealed PVC bag, load in Water content proof paper barrel. The net weight is £¨20¡À0.1£©kg per barrel.
2.3 Storage
It should stock in clean, cool and dry warehouse, prevent from agglomeration and contamination.
2.4 Transportation
Not classified as hazardous for transport. During transportation and storage, avoid heavy shaking, and prevent from solarization.
3.Main Application
It is mainly used to make substitute PFA for the processing of thermoelectric heat exchanger tubes, and has good welding performance.
